To ensure that you are receiving the Brooks PTA newsletter (which is your best way to stay up to date with all things Brooks, not just PTA news), please make sure that you have added to your Safe Senders and/or Address Book in your email provider.

We are finding that many people are finding that their newsletter is going to their Junk Mail folder.  The steps above should correct this problem.  However, if you still continue to experience issues, follow these additional steps:

For Gmail:

1. From your home computer, open your gmail account over the web (
2. Click on ☐ next to the newsletter email.
3. Then, up at the top, click on the drop down menu that reads “More” and select Filter messages like these.
4. A screen with the From field should be populated with the email address the newsletter comes from (
5. At the bottom, select Create filter with this search.
6. Select the ☐ next to Never send it to Spam and then hit “Create Filter”.
